In fact, I'm averaging about 1600-1800 calories a day at the moment. Most of it was water weight, trips to the bathroom.... :-) It just did it by itself. Things should even out this week and I've added a 10 minute workout dvd in the morning, I'll work up that slowly. So the 8 lbs was not my idea, I know this is going to take a long time and it's lifestyle changes - not a diet. Of course, I'm not going to complain about the drop! :-)Michellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10969268214137270934noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9017488281418603767.post-55540898932829303202011-01-09T13:13:26.173-07:002011-01-09T13:13:26.173-07:00a couple things---

You definitely don't want to lose too fast, because while it may be nice to drop the weight, the chances of maintenance are slim--and other stuff can go crazy in your body if you are not closely monitored. Just saying--PLEASE be careful!

That being said, congrats on a loss--

One way we were helped to set goals in WW is to lose 5% and then aim for 10%....THEN focus on a number. It feels good to reach 10%--achievable, too! :)Rachel Hollowayhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02906959500907191201noreply@blogger.com
